Project with Une Lumière dans la Rue (PRAEST 2)

The 3-year PRAEST 2 project will train young people in the production of low-cost, clean solar energy to support economic activities related to the conservation and processing of local products, and train them in urban agro-ecology to help households and small producers develop small-scale production for self-consumption and commercialization.

This initiative will be reinforced by social communication activities for behavioural change on issues related to sustainable development, climate change and the use of green technologies. This project will constitute a concrete response to the climate change problem by giving young women and women producers and processors, and communities, the opportunity to contribute to the development of their economy.
