Project with Educamás

This 6-year project aims to foster talent for the digital transformation of companies and create opportunities for talented people at risk of social exclusion through training in programming and web. To do this, they use an online training methodology for the selected students who can be remotely from anywhere in the country and is complemented with:

• Masterclasses: subjects that are not in the curriculum, but are part of the world of technology and are taught by experts from partner companies.
• Student mentoring: each student has a mentor who is an expert in technology issues and works in a recognized company in the sector. The purpose of mentoring is to accompany the students’ personal and professional development process.
• “Learning by teaching”: Basic programming classes are offered for 8 weeks to students from schools in Bogotá.
