Project with AcDev

The project, with a 3-year duration, is based on a community approach that aims, on the one hand, to reinforce the actions initiated by the local NGO AcDev in the fight against malnutrition in its community health centers. On the other hand, it aims to orient and manage cases of malnutrition in early childhood, educate on screening, and carry out communication and health education activities for mothers and caregivers on nutrition issues for the harmonious development of children aged 0 to 5 years.

On the other hand, 5 fortified flour production units are set up in the sites where we operate. The fortified flour processed from local cereals, available at affordable prices, serves both as an income-generating activity for community leaders “bajenu gox”, and as a solution to prevent micronutrient deficiencies especially for children sustainably.
