Nous Cims has promoted the sustainable growth of SaóPrat, a social economy project that attracts and motivates young people from 16 to 23 years of age who have difficulty accessing the labour market and who are referred by Social Services. Young people are trained on the technical knowledge of a profession (comprehensive remodelling and maintenance of buildings, in addition to design and communication), and they can work in the same social enterprise.
